Destiny Christian Academy has been the lifelong dream of Drs. Akin and Adekemi Bankole, pastors of Abiding Love International Fellowship. Dr. Adekemi Bankole serves as the school director.  She has been working as an educator for almost 30 years, but has always felt that students needed a chance at a different type of learning environment. Because of her educational background and desire to provide Christian education, she embraced the idea of creating a small private high school here in the community of Trenton.  With the assistance of those that she cherishes deeply, , her Destiny Helpers, the school was born. By the grace of God along with their guidance and support, Dr. Bankole’s dream has finally come true.

On August 25th, 2014 the doors of DCA opened to five young individuals looking not only to educate themselves, but to grow in Christ. DCA exist to provide a Christ centered and Spirit filled education that students are not able to receive in public schools. Along with regular course work, students will have devotions every morning and chapel services every Friday afternoon. DCA strives to involve the students in local and international missions. Our Bible and Foreign Language classes are geared towards developing a working knowledge of the Bible and the ability to share each student’s testimony. We truly believe that God has chosen Destiny Christian Academy to be a light in Trenton, New Jersey and want to shine that light as bright as possible.
